    We offer a 1-Year warranty to our customers from anywhere in the world. If you are coming from the US and register your product the first 30 days after your purchase on our homepage, you enjoy an extended 2 years guarantee for free!

    NATURE LOVE (NL) guarantees that its Power Bank products and all other products will be free from manufacturing defects for a one year period from the date of purchase for the original end-user purchaser.

    Because NATURE LOVE cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to items and products that were bought from our original online store and our NATURE LOVE Amazon Store. It is prohibited by law to buy a product from an unauthorized seller. NATURE LOVE reserves all rights to reject any warranty claims from buyers of products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites or apps. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. This warranty is limited to the original end-user purchaser only.

    NATURE LOVE offers a free one-year warranty extension to all purchasers who register the product online within 30 days of purchase. You will need your name, address, email, order number and platform where you purchased the product. This free warranty extension is only valid in the USA. In all other countries, the local minimum warranty conditions apply.


    Purchasers of items who want to make a warranty claim based on a product defect should contact our helpful support team at and have the following information available for them: (1.) the Product name; (2.) the name of the seller/retailer of whom the product was purchased; and (3.) and your proof of purchase. If your warranty request is approved by our support team, you will then need to send to NATURE LOVE one (1) video of the product to demonstrate for what the warranty is claimed and two (2) pictures of your Product, a proof of purchase, and your warranty return authorization number to: In case the video file is bigger than 5mb, please use to send the video file while writing in the title your warranty return authorization number. In case there is no warranty return authorization number we will never open any file. After the careful inspection our support team will inform you about the further procedure. It may be possible to have a webcam call with one of our technicians. For returns you will be responsible for any costs incurred in shipping these products back to NATURE LOVE.

    If NL determines that the item is covered under this warranty, NL will repair or replace the defective product for you. NL has the right to replace a defective product with a replacement product of equal or greater value if the defective item is no longer available or out of stock. Should NL decide to repair or inspect your product, you are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing the defective product to NATURE LOVE.

    There are no guarantees which can be extended beyond the given purchase date except if you register your product in the US within 30 days after your purchase. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products are limited to the duration of this warranty only. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a product guarantee lasts, so the above one year limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances will NL be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some States do not allow any exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you legal rights, and you may also have other rights which do vary from state to state or country to country.

    Warranty claims for a product defect expires exactly 90 days after opening your claim. It is never possible to claim items that have expired their original guarantee or the 90-day warranty claim request period, even though it takes longer.

    NATURE LOVE’s warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

    Items without adequate proof of purchase; lost or stolen items; products that have lapsed their guarantee period; Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase); free products; products repaired through any third parties; damage from external sources; damage from abuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly); Purchases from illegal (unauthorized) sellers.

    Shipping an order back to NATURE LOVE with the warranty is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs. NATURE LOVE is not responsible for any loss of delivery. Please send your package only with a tracking number and keep it carefully until you receive an answer from the support team.

    The shipping costs must be covered by the customer in both directions in the following situations:

    Returning items for any reason other than a proven defect, warranty claims on products taken outside the original country of purchase (USA), Buyer’s accidental returns, Returning personal products, Returning products claimed to have defects but found by NATURE LOVE quality control to be in working condition; Returning defective items in international shipping; costs associated with unauthorized returns (like for example returns which have no valid guarantee anymore).

    Any other costs like customs (in both directions) must be covered by the customer.

    For purchases not made directly through the NATURE LOVE online store or our NATURE LOVE Amazon store, please contact the original authorized retailer for a refund.

    NATURE LOVE return policy is 30 days for an exchange or refund of your products and is only valid for any goods bought on As long as you reach us within the 30-day return period and your product is in the exact same condition as you received it, we’re happy to offer you a refund of your product.  It’s important that the product is in the original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged or dirty in any way. For a return, use our Online Returns Request Form.

    To complete your return, provide your name, a receipt or proof of purchase such as the order number, and the reason for returning your product. You will receive an email from your NATURE LOVE Customer Care with your Return Number (RN). Please write it clearly on the package. Failure to provide us with the RN will result in an $10 fee which is deducted automatically from the refund and possibly a refusal of the return.

    When the return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you by email. We will further send you an update via mail of the approval or rejection of the refund. We try to process refunds as fast as possible, within 28 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund process mostly depends on how long it takes the credit card company to process the refund.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs in either direction. We will deduct any shipping charges incurred with the original order. In case the product is rejected for a refund (e.g. it’s not anymore in the original condition in which you received it), NATURE LOVE does not take any costs for shipping you the product back. NATURE LOVE is not responsible for any loss of delivery. Please send your package only with a tracking number and keep it carefully until you get the refund. 

    Your credit card company does not inform us when you received the funds in your account. This information must be requested from the credit card issuer.

    If you made a purchase and a larger discount was offered at any given time after your purchase, we cannot apply the larger discount to a previous order.

    Our return policy does not apply to any orders larger than 10 articles or articles purchased by a third party.
